This if going to be short. My computers power supply isn't working so I dont have a computer at home to use right now. Doing this on my phone.
My weigh in this week is 233.8. Down .2 pounds. It was lower during the week then higher soI'm not suprised.
Food needs to be better. Book and exercise going good.

ReplyDeleteJust don't give up. Everyone has tough weeks, where we don't have the drive, motivation, energy or will to continue eating better, eating less and moving more. But then comes that one week where your energy and spirit soars to new heights and you do what you've wanted to do. You'll get over this hump; we've all been there.

Maybe when your computer is working better, you can expand about the book or week or food issues?
