FMM: How Much Weight Have You Lost? And what have you gained from losing it? (If you’re participating in FMM – and you’re not on a weight-loss journey, tell us about a powerful change you’ve made in your life!)
Well I just started my weight loss journey. I have tried in the past, but have always gone back to my old habits. I have lost 30 pounds since having my second child 13 months ago and am on my way to losing more. I hope to gain more energy and stamina. I would like to be able to go on a hike with my husband and kids and not complain that it will be too long or hard before I even start the hike.
I think that you'll find that as you lose weight, your energy will naturally increase. Not only because there is less of you to move through the world, but also because you're fueling yourself with better food.
