Yesterday

I had a great 4^th yesterday.  We went to my parents house for awhile where we ate lunch, watched a few old movies of the family, played cards and played a dice game.  It was a really hot day, but we did have a thunderstorm roll through which only lasted around 20-30 minutes, but it really cooled things off for awhile.  Wouldn’t you know it, we had washed the car before going to my parents house.  I guess we should just call the thunderstorm the fresh water rinse. Haha  We left my parents house and went to a baseball game.  The team won 7-1 and we watched an awesome fireworks show after the game.  My only complaint was that we sat in the parking lot for 25 minutes without moving!  They really need to find a better system for cars to leave the parking area. 

Here are a couple of pictures of Little Man (my son) and Little Lady (my daughter).  I borrowed the headband from my cousin who was also at the game.  It went perfect with Little Lady’s outfit.  Little Man wanted his picture taken too.  I saved them the correct direction, but when I post them they show up sideways.  Sorry about that, but they are just so cute you are going to have to turn your head sideways to see them.  haha.  If you know how to fix this, please enlighten me.
