I really like the logo for this one. I like the accountability of a challenge so I'm doing another one.
The challenge runs from 3/26 to 6/3 (10 weeks) Per the website: It's time to set your goals for what you wish to achieve in this 10 week challenge. The idea is to pick one goal (or more) in these four categories:
- Weight loss Lose 20 pounds.
- NSV (Non-Scale Victory) Fit into regular size 16 jeans, not the stretchy kind.
- Exercise run/walk 3 times a week and get in 2 other types of exercise either an exercise video or weights
- Nutrition Continue to eat less processed food and more veggies. Drink at least 64 oz of water a day.
So there you have it. My next set of goals. I aim to achieve them better than I did in the last challenge.
