RFSC Wk 4 and GFCTC Week 2 update

I’m late posting this week so I’ll make this short.
Last week weight: 208.4
This week weight: 208.2

After a 5 pound loss last week I went back up during the week and then ended the week at 208.2.  It’s like my body said ha ha you thought you going to keep losing big, but nope, not a chance.  It was time for the monthly visitor last week so maybe that had something to do with it.  I’m just glad I ended the week with a loss as small as it is.

My husband was home all last week during the evening and it screwed up my exercise. I only got in two time last week although I was up and doing stuff in the house getting ready for my son’s new bunk bed.  My food intake was the same as last week. We are starting week 3 of the food plan.  I can’t say that I really feel any differently by cutting out Gluten, Dairy and Sugar, but we still have 4 weeks on this plan to find out.

Goals for the week:  Get in my exercise and drink my water.

  3. A loss is still a loss!

When I cut our gluten, sugar, and dairy, I didn't notice a difference at first either. About a month into it, I really started to notice the positive changes. I think, when your body has been working so hard for so long, it takes awhile for it to adjust to things. I've read that people who are, say, 100% raw for awhile, notice changes within a week while the rest of us need more time.

    You're doing awesome!

  4. I am SURE the monthly visitor had lots to do with it!! Hate her! :)

My husband is actually taking a job back home instead of out of state where he has been working for over 4 years (staying there during the week and coming home on the weekends), so we will see how that affects MY running! :)

    Good luck-you can do it!

  5. An interruption in your routine can have that effect sometimes. You're still doing a good job, keep it up :) Hope you've had a good week!
